Looking for Ranked ADC duo partner.

This is my first year trying ranked. I want to make it to gold or plat. I play support and have over 1000 wins, but I am unranked. I'm not new to the game. I just never play ranked because I couldn't find an adc to duo with. These are my support champs : . Lulu is my best and favorite.
