Rising teams?

I'd like to join a team where there is potential to grow and be one of the best, this is either for people to find me or to start from the beginning. I'm only silver 4 so i know not much is out there for me but id like to try . Ive been playing for almost 3 years Role. depends on team champs. it a variety but mostly one i can use to get in sync with the team i know its pretty vague
