Dedicated Coach looking for Team

Hi,

My name is Victor (Deathstorm) Cogar. I'm currently looking for a team to coach. I have skills in the areas of Management and Team-Building exercises. A few things about myself, I have played league of legends for the past 4 seasons. Although I may not be high ELO, I do know the mechanics of the game from not only playing but observing E-sports(such as the LCS and the LCK). I am motivated and driven to help teams succeed. I have previous experience with coaching teams from bronze+ helping them succeed. No need for the highest bidder as I work for free, this is also a first come first serve basis. Try me out for a week, if you don't like my methods there would have been nothing lost. I can also analyse games and work not only with individual skills but also team mechanics.
