Looking for team to climb out of bronze with

looking for a team to play ranked with. I main support ( and am getting better at topping)but can play any roll. last promos put me in silver 5 but I had some problems with my computer during this season promos, and the last match I played my computer bluescreened so it counted as a loss:(. I need a team with good communication, who is ready to get out of bronze.
