ranked 9-11pst team looking for jg and subs

hey,

Starting a team geared toward next season. Looking for jg as well as subs we practice 9-11 pm pst about 5-6 days a week sometimes 7. Must have voice chat preferably skype.

I'm looking for people who don't rage and can have a mature discussion after a match about what we can improve on both individually and as a team. People who can keep there comments about blaming others to a minimum there is nothing worse then making a really stupid mistake and having someone call you out on it... It brings negativity to the game and sets everyone on tilt. I'm looking for people who can however learn from there mistakes and constantly seek to improve.

About the schedule I know people get busy so what i ask is that you contact me if you cant make a practice and i expect people to be on time. If your constantly in a match at 9 pm you end up holding up half the team. I'll usually be on before practice starts so if you get bored waiting feel free to do customs with other people in the team well we wait for everyone to be on this will include me. I will be the sup for the team and I'm terrible any other lane but i am always up for being slaughtered in 1vs1. I will be looking for subs as well for all lanes including mine since rl calls for all of us. This is why telling me or your sub that you are unavailable for practice is key so no one is waiting.

If you are interested in being a sub you should be available during these times as well however since you wont have play priority I will let you know as soon as possible when you will be playing. Usually at least 24hrs notice. I realize as a sub for the team our team may not be your top priority. If there are times your not available it happens but as a sub expect to play 1-3 days a week depending on the week and who your subing.
