LF serious plat ranked team

Looking for a serious Plat ranked team. I main jungle and my main champs are Elise, Rek Sai, Graves, Nidalee, and Lee Sin. I am currently Plat 4 and want to play in a team environment and have fun with a group of people while playing serious with practices and playing in tourneys.
