Help most welcome

Im a Bronzie. Solo'd myself to B3 and back to B5 more times than I wish to remember. Never duoed or Teamed with anyone. I play any lane but my weakest are adc and mid. I don't know much about the mechanics of builds other than the obvious, ap for ap champs, ad for adc's and ad champs, etc etc. Im very good at the actual playing of the game as my timing and things of that nature are on point. I would love for someone to help me with builds, give me specifics I might be missing on champs I love to play, maybe even duo or team up with others if im good enough for you. My mains would have to be Yorick, Xin, GP, Janna, Taric.......and some Nasus lol. In that order. Any help would be Much appreciated.
