Making a 5s Team Plat-Dia

Hello everyone, I'm looking to be the manager/maybe analyst of a Platinum and above team. This team will have 1-2 coaches, an analyst, a manager, a full 7 man roster(5 Starters, 2 Subs). The team will have a set schedule to work around most of our needs and time zones, will be scrimming often(Set schedule on scrims as well), will compete in tournaments and will have established dates for ranked 5s and duo queues. I'm looking to improve everyone's play through this process, form a bond and a strong team that will go far not only on the solo aspect but on a global team aspect. More info will be given upon inquiry. To sum it up, Ranked 5s team Plat-Diamond -> Tournaments, Scrims, Duo's and Ranked 5s -> Improve solo and general play. Time zone will be around the EST-Central but will make it adaptable for West as well. The team will not disband and this said, we will keep tabs on every player to make sure it stays as active as possible and eliminate the possibility of non-serious members or non-dedicated members. Requirements: -Plat 5 and above(Please have a good amount of ranked games played) -Non Toxic -Able to take and give constructive criticism without taking/giving offense -Main the specific role you are applying for(no "I feel like playing jungle" type of people) -Have a mic and be able to use one of our communication systems(Skype/Curse/Teamspeak(mostlikely)) -Be able to be on time and follow our set schedule. I will add people as soon as I see a reply that fits and I will be checking this post often ^^ Please no adds ingame because it can get confusing, thanks! -Have at least 3-4 days where we can set a team schedule free. Most likely these days will be wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. -At least 6-8 hours of open time a week for practice in said days previously.

ShotCaller or ShotFollower: Late Game ShotCaller Availabilities: Depends on when I work. Name: Soarance Age: 20 Timezone: PST S4 Rank: Plat 5 S5 Rank: Plat 2 Role: Mid / ADC / Support Champions(as many as you can proficiently play): All the mages at mid lane (except Veigar and Azir), all the AD carries (except Morde. Does he even count?), most of the supports (includes Janna, Thresh, Lulu, Leona, Morgana, Zyra, Bard, Tahm, etc) Past experience: I used to main ADC, then I switched onto mid. I can play both relatively in equal strength. Although I never went through a phase maining support, I believe I can play that just as decently as my other two roles. However, I have very very little experience in the jungle and top lane. Noticeable strengths: Large champion pool. Can play almost whatever is on demand. Noticeable weaknesses: I have a weakness against AD assassins in the mid lane. Not saying I will feed if fighting against one, I just hate playing against them since I play mages. ShotCaller or ShotFollower: Usually if I play with teammates lower rank than me, I shotcall. But with teammates of equal skill level, I'm more of a shot follower. I can shotcall if needed. Availabilities: Usually everyday after 5:00pm PST about. May vary.
