TOP/ADC/JUNG (in that order) main looking for an active ranked 5's team (Gold+ pref)

Looking for a team that is Gold+ because I want to be surrounded by better players to improve myself faster (i wouldnt mind being a sub either since schedule is flexible). To be honest, Im going to have to sell myself since my highest has been Silver 1 but I havnt even played 200 ranked games yet and i feel my potential is much higher (not to be cocky but i havnt had a bad ranked game in a while).

IGN: Sir Longballs (pun on my real name, peer pressured by friends to use it, i keep it cuz it gets lols :P)

Age: 20 (goodness im old, haha)

Time Zone: EST (east coast ftw)

Rank: reached S1 in pre-season 5 (not currently ranked due to busy schedule but im more free now)

Best 3 champs for each role: Top: ADC: JG:

some meta-champs i do not own (working hard to get these guys tho): (feel free to ask about other champs as well)

Strengths: Csing, playing smart (uncludes knowing my limits and role), always positive (little rage and when i do its towards my own play and its quiet) Weaknesses: little experience in ranked scene (especially ranked 5's), hesistant to pull off risky but doable plays (ex: flash stun over wall to engage), and im not that great with lee sin :(

Communication: I prefer Skype however i will use whatever is needed (mic kinda sucks tho. however, easily can get a new one if its too bad) Availability: everyday except Wednesday from 6pm-9pm and mon/thurs from 3pm-5pm

Reason for wanting to join a ranked 5s team: i want to get better and its easier to take losses when you have a team to support you.

Ending note: I hope there's someone out there willing to invest in me and help me get better or at the very least let me tryout even if i do not meet the requirements. I know Im not perfect but i feel my team losses me more games rather than my own play (especially when i go tank or jg in which every lane goes on to lose hard and quick). I'm a really nice guy and I hope i can find a team that stays active and helps me climb in rank. Also, can someone explain to me what a poster means when he/she replies with "bump"? im new to message boards and i dont want to stay noob :)
