Seeking players for a dedicated team
Let me be clear; this process may take a while. After we play it may be 2 or 3 days before I let you know if you made the team or not. I will try to keep everyone updated on their status as the process continues. I intend to find the right 4-5 people not just some guys to play with. So without further ado the three most important pieces to read;
-
First and foremost, if you are not a 100% dedicated type of person do not apply. And by this I mean, if you can't see yourself playing video games with the same 4-5 people for the next year or more, do not add me.
-
Secondly, attitude is everything. What you lack in the skill department can always be made up by grinding and a little bit of help. What you lack in the attitude region on the other hand cannot be fixed. Your attitude is a result of your upbringing and also your state of mind. I am not here to baby sit someone. I want to have fun playing the game I love whilst improving as far as my capabilities will allow.

Everyone tilts. But do not rage at your teammates. Everyone has a bad game. The first step to making a solid team at our skill level is to understand what skill level we are at. Which is, with no sugarcoating, a bunch of shit players with a few here and there who think they are good and deserve to be a diamond, master, or challenge when in reality you are ass at the game in the grand scope of things. Yes you might shit on your lane every game, but that does not make you a good player. I'm sorry to tell you. If you can't cope with this, do not add me.
These are the three principles by which my team will strive for. If you do not fit these criteria you will not be tried out, or you will not make the team after your tryout. If you show signs of faltering on these three principles when you are accepted onto the team you will be kicked without question. I will not remove a player without a reason. I will give you a very detailed explanation and will ask the consent of the rest of the team.
Here are some personal preferences that I'd like to see from my players as well. The above 3 are non-negotiable. The next few have some leeway whether a lot or not much.
-
Have a very open-ended schedule. I expect that everyone will have a personal life, friends, school, work, etc. But make time for the game. We are your friends too, or at least, eventually we will be.
-
You must read this entire post. This may seem picky but I am going to be picky about my teammates. I want to make a team that will last longer than League of Legends. I'm seeking a group of friends.
-
Be from the EST timezone. This is of course a preference because I understand not everyone is, but being from the same timezone makes managing a practice schedule much easier.
-
If you're from the Georgia or Tennessee area you will have some bonuses when trying out.
-
Be silver+. This is of course negotiable.
-
Have a solid meta champion pool at your role.
-
Main your role. Enjoy your role. Know your role. Love your role. This is not to say we may not try other things. If we are to be a team for months and months to come we may tryout some other things, however, what role you tell me is what role you will be tried out for. Do not tell me 2 or 3 roles. I want one role that you enjoy most, and love most. I want my players to enjoy the game as they play and when they aren't playing (as in theory-crafting).
If you've read all of this, you may now begin to decide if you wish to try and join my team. If not, I thank you for the read, and if you can at least appreciate what I've said drop me a bump. However, if you have decided to apply for my team, then post a little about yourself down below including your in-game name. Then, add me in-game. I may not accept you right away, as I may be afk or in the middle of a game, but do not be discouraged. I will add you eventually. This will be a long process.
but my best are as follows:
and to be honest I haven't really tried Fizz top with smite/tp but I know how it works, what to build on it, etc would just take some practice. The only champ that I recently started picking up that I would like to play and isn't in the meta is Kayle top plus she is receiving some buffs next patch :D.
**Info About Me - **
I'm a nice guy that is very dedicated and do my best each game. I also dream of making it to LCS one day. I have good communication and I am very open to constructive criticism (how else would one get better at this game). I have Skype, TeamSpeak, Curse Voice, and Raidcall but I can also download anything else we would use. Also on the bright side I have had recent experience with HammytheSquirrel on the last team he was trying out for and he's a good guy but sadly it didn't work out.
