Summoner ID: Im helping daddy
League and Division: NA silver 4/5
Role: Support
Champion Pool: Highly proficient with Thresh, Naut and Leo. Getting close with Janna. Comfortable with Braum, Blitz, Raka, Sona, Morg. Basic understanding of Ali, Taric, Lux, Zilean, Zyra and Annie. I also have a few non traditional champs that I have in the pool, of which I am fairly good with, and believe can be viable supports in certain team comps, such as Ashe, Hiemer, Teemo (i know... i know.....), Ryze, Maoki.
Boons you bring to the team: I initially placed Silver 1 when I started playing ranked, but got discouraged as I plummeted down into the depths of bronze. I decided the best way to recover is to pick a lane and master it. Seeing as how support rarely gets called, I thought it would be the lane I could most consistently get in solo/duo. Since then I have almost solely been playing support and crawling out from the sticky bronze ooze, and along the way have fleshed out some habits that help my team win: Intelligent and plentiful ward placement, effective peel strategies for each different champ. What I think I have a natural affinity, that really helps me, is a grasp of the big picture aspect of matches: Seeing the signs of incoming ganks, large teamfights, potential minion waves that could lead to tower kills, or opportunities to assist in other lanes or jg without leaving my adc stranded.
I also never let a bad game, or annoying opponents get under my skin. Gotta stay positive!
Flaws that you bring to the team: Probably my lack of experience, I have only been playing since the beginning of Season 4. There are still many supports that I am working on getting to the level of experience I have with my main three. Along with that, I find every once in a while I get that kinda.. panicked slip up case of mush brain/stupid fingers, that I think only more experience can keep picking away at (like in those sudden, chaotic, large teamfights that spring up suddenly and you get lost in the moment and you hit F instead of R and flash right into the history books of stupid plays). But I always look back at those moments and pick apart what I did wrong, and what I can do better next time.
Schedule: Im Pacific time zone and play pretty much everyday.
Weekdays: I try and get a few games in before work, anywhere from 10am - 2pm, and then a few after work anywhere from 930pm - 2am
Weekends: At least one or two in the morning 9am - 12pm and then a few after work anywhere from 7pm - 2am
I am the guy who always tries to keep the team to focus on positives, really hate malicious trash talk or poor sportsmanship, and will always compliment opponents after a good ol' fashion brawl, or a very close and hard fought match. I will take silly jabs here and there, but usually just to make everyone laugh. It's a game, and should be fun first and foremost.
