One-man rule rank team system.

AxalaraT9 , rank team leader, kicked me out of his , PurpleCrayon, rank team AGAIN, even though i played most of the game in the rank team from platinum 5 to diamond 1. The first time he kicked me, Riot said I have to get back into the team and win 10 games in order to get the season reward, so i begged AxalaraT9 to allow me back in the team. We won 8 out of 12 games. He gave up on getting master and kicked me out of the team. He was basically toying with me.this person thinks that he is better than everyone else and always blames others but himself. I am really upset right now, because i wasted so much time on this rank team. I think the rank team system is pretty much rule by one person, and it is really really unfair for me and team members. You guys might say, I should have picked a better team leader, but how can I trust anyone on the internet?
