LoL Enthusiast Looking for Team to coach

Hello there, My name is Gian and I am currently trying to get more experience in coaching (currently coaching a ranked 5s Diamond team) LoL teams, I have a lot of time on my hands so the more experience I can get I'll take it.

Here is what I can offer: Map focused play - This is the most crucial thing that separates good teams from great teams. I am very up and front with mistakes, obviously I won't ridicule anybody, but I like to get errors fixed up relatively fast. I am very understanding and will work very hard in order for players to understand what I think is the optimal play in different situations as well as where they should be on the map at any given time. Picks and Bans - I love this part of the game. Many people say picks and bans determine about 20% of the outcome of a game, and I love to craft strategies for different kinds of situations. Team Compositions - I don't ever want the team to go into a serious game without a plan, knowing what the enemies' strategies as well as winning conditions are is vital to any team's success. The compositions goal and weakeness is something that every player needs to know in order for a game to go as smoothly as possible VoD review - This is something that I want to improve on myself. I've been experimenting with different types of procedures that involve VoD reviews and will continue to look for more in order to get the best out of the VoD sessions which will be held as the teams continues to compete.
