When I hit lvl 30 I'm probably gonna make a ranked team that plays strictly non-meta champs like 
jungle. Will I get banned for this?

If you play that in solo queue, yes, you will get reported for trolling.
If it's a 5 man ranked team, and everyone's fine with it, you're fine.
