-Varieties of Strategy
-Picks and Bans

Manager

-Must have some experience in managing
-Must be mature, confident, reliable
-Communicate Effectively
-Managing Skills
-Attendance
-Enforcing the rules
-Addressing any issues from the team
-Finding Sub
-Finding Scrim
-Recruiting players
-Organize
