LF DUO (Bronze Or Silver) To climb, Be Good and consistent and carry

Ever get into games where you just cant carry because your the only one not feeding or not losing lane, Well I do, and quite a lot. I main top with Irelia and my KDA average with her is 10.1 - 5.0 - 7.8

Im looking for a good duo to climb with in Bronze or silver, I am currently Bronze 3. I just need someone who mains a good adc or mid or jungle. No supports please i need a good carry duo so we can win most of our games. Please be consistent.
