D5 Support/Mid/Top LFT (possible sub)

Hi I've been a diamond player since season 4 and have been on various degrees of ranked teams with the peak being a collegiate team at D1 as the mid laner. I have experience playing with and against high diamond, master, and a few challenger players. I've mained every role except jungle with support being my concentration at the moment. I can play top/mid well atm with a small champion pool but can expand if needed as I've never had a problem quickly picking up champs. I am looking for a semi-serious team of plat+ players who are looking to climb the ladder and participate in tournaments.
