Gold/Plat Jungler LF Team (PST) --- Can Fill Too

I am currently ranked Gold II in NA soloQ ladder and was ranked Platinum V last season. I have been unable to grab a decent soloQ rank because I have been taking a brake due to broken gaming equipment. I recently got my stuff back up and working so I have been trying to climb the ladder for the past couple days. I am open to playing any role on your ranked team just understand my ability to play roles besides jungle is at a much lower level and I would require time and training with the team to improve at a fill role. I live in Pacifc time zone and am available practically every weekday after 5:00pm. Weekends I either have off entirely or are completely booked.
