Solo Player (S5), Looking for Team

Currently looking for a team/group to play with, main JG, have some adc/supp experience. Current rank is silver 5, have been playing since late last year so this is my first ranked season. ATM I am playing Nocturne, Graves, however I do switch around a lot playing different champions. Still learning the game as in the specifics of champion abilities, counters, and synergy as well as learning item builds. Also comfortable with VC. Any questions feel free to ask.
