Plat 3 Support looking for MID/TOP/ADC/JUNGLER to start a team

I´m tired of looking for a good and active team, so i wanna build one. I´m looking for all the other roles, please be plat 3+ and play almost everyday since i would like to at least practice 3 times per week. I´m not exactly a shotcaller but i do give a lot of information about wards, mias, etc... so if you are a good shotcaller please tell me, with this of course we gonna need a communication software, TS3, SKYPE, DISCORD or CURSE. I´m online almost everyday, check out my stats if you want, i don´t know if they are good but at least i know they are decent. http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=xxelmamonxx

I'm only plat 3 right now but i was in plat 1 last week and have been in diamond promos twice. Looking for something other than solo que and am willing to be as serious as you want. I would prefer not to be the main shotcaller in the game but I can shotcall to a decent extent. I have had a decent amount of experience with a somewhat serious ranked team that made it to gold 5 despite limited time playing and a bronze 2 top laner.

IGN:Clae RANK:Gold 4(Was plat 5 last season but I haven't come around to play lots this season) ROLE:Mid or adc AGE:17 Are you open to learn new champs if the team needs?:Of course. What ever makes me a better player and helps me climb Weakness:I play very aggressive and when the enemy realize this they sometimes punish me with ganks or other things. Strengths:I'd say i have good mechanics but what i really strive on is game knowledge and i love shot calling. My mechanics are at a plat level but i'd say my game knowledge is at a diamond knowledge. Also i wont quit if we lose won game Are you able to micromanage during games?:I'll do what ever is needed. I can remind people to buy wards if they are going on tilt and i believe i am easy to talk to Are you able to shot call?:I consider myself a decent shot caller
