I really wish when people get banned and decide to run to the forums and bash my community they would actually have something to bash it with. If anyone is interested, a Community Manager position has opened up!

I find that kind of funny since if you take a look at this imgur album, you're the user "Alicia Keys". You, as a Staff Member (Community Manager) of Regalia eSports decided it would be okay to harass and/or flame another member. I don't care who you are, you represent our community if you're staff and any member who does that will be removed.
What's even more interesting about that album is that in it, you say that you're masters. When this screenshot of your account from op.gg makes it seem like you're having a little bit of trouble in Gold-- sporting a 49% winrate.

I don't see the problem with this, I'm incredibly grateful to the two members who have donated $40 so far, and the other few who have expressed interest in doing so. If I had the capital, I myself (and I fully intend to) would prize the tournaments out of pocket. It seems like you have a problem that I'm using donated money for the community, would you prefer I take 10% off the top? (Just to make it clear, absolutely nothing donated = profit. It's cycled back into the community in some way and donations+transactions are visible by the community to ensure nothing is taken for personal use.)
Once you were banned you sent me a friend request, and instead of expressing any kind of remorse or even wanting a civil conversation, you hit me with the greatest line I've ever heard in my 5 year long League of Legends career "dont kick me for being an ass" (Screenshot). You blocked me afterwards so I couldn't even respond to you. Your argument for flaming another member was "he needed to hear it.", it's really sad that I'm sure you've managed to trick yourself into believing that line of logic is okay. I challenge you to find me any successful person in the entire world with the same ideology.
