Starting a new team

Hello everyone, I'm looking for people who haven't had a team yet to start a new one. All ranks welcome. We can start a 5 men flex team together, practice, joke, and a discord channel. I want to create a fun and a non-pressure environment for every team member, and together we can come up with a name. Every role is open.
