Looking for Diamond players that are try hard, never ff, non tilt, looking 2 get Master/Challenger.

I am an adc main, capable of playing all roles. I've played 8000 hours of league of legends. Was ranked Diamond 1 last season but since season 4 I've been going back and forth from d5-d1. Current d4. I am very disappointed to have not reached my goal to become a master/challenger player. I've tried very hard to improve my play and do things on my own but i think its time i ask for help on my journey. I'm looking for a support, but open to all roles. Must be able to play at least two roles. Just need players that are studying the game and willing to work very hard to climb with me. I'm very serious, I've had a rough journey so far, but I never give up, and I am never going to give up, and i will succeed. Thank you guys for the read.
