Introduction Hello there. My name is Hughie and I am the founder of the Precision Gaming teams in the Dexterity Gaming Organization. They are an organization has gaming communities for games such as (League of Legends and Overwatch) Not only do they own League of Legends teams, but will sponsor the Precision Gaming Championship League. Currently the tournament or Precision Gaming Championship Series is still being made. In the upcoming weeks the PG League will start for Season 1 once teams and staff positions are filled.

Precision Gaming BlackRedWhiteBlueGold Precision Gaming BlackRedWhiteBlueGold are the five teams that the organization owns. All teams practice daily on a set schedule and have off days. Not only do they practice on a day-to-day basis, but compete in tournaments. Each team is currently building their main rosters. The organization is looking for five coaches and five managers ( 1 coach and 1 manager for each team) Being the founder of the organization and having to manage everything about every team is a little to much.

Coach and Manager Staff Positions Joining either Precision BlackRedWhiteBlueGold is up to you. These staff positions will be volunteer work and no pay will be given. Rewards and possible small amount of income will be distributed to staff members overtime to show how much we thank you for your help. Future sponsorship and growth in the org's community will get you noticed and promote you with possible income pay.

Coach and Manager Basic Requirements Must be serious and dedicated. Must be active daily or every other day.(Appropriate to the team's schedule) Must have some experience to a small extent. (Been on previous other teams with this job tittle or organizations) Must be respectful and mature. Someone around the age of 16 + Must do their job and complete their tasks the org or team has instructed to do so. Must be kind and helpful to other members or players in the organization. Must have Discord downloaded. (Not the web client)

Coach Major Requirements Must have the rank of Platinum 5 or higher. Must have some experience coaching League of Legends teams. Must understand the macro, rotation, team play of League of Legends. Must know the champion select / pick-ban phase of League of Legends. Must apply to the other basic requirements listed above.

Manager Major Requirements Must have the rank of Silver 5 or higher. Must have some experience being a manager in any organization or team. Must know how to document files and information. Must know how to run a team and be the leader. Must apply to the other basic requirements listed above.
