Creating Competative Team

I am going to start off by saying i am looking for players to create a serious team for ranked 5v5 and tournaments. i want everyone rank to be silver 5 or higher ( support must be in silver ) i play ADC and this would allow us to play ranked together so we can build chemistry and climb up in rank. This will be a process of around a week i will first look for a support and then move on to the other roles; from there taking notes on what i like and what i did not like and there on i will choose who will be on the team.
