Mid Laner looking for team

I'm a Platinum mid laner who had recently come back form a long break from the game and had placed gold but plan on climbing back up also had challenger in 3s. Mainly here looking for a team that preferably shares the same stats and loves to play consistently. Add me for more info or if interested :).
