ADC looking for team or duo support

hi im a plat adc ATM last season i was diamond couldn't really get it this season due to the military(job) cutting into my league time but it slowed down now since i been in a while and able to put my focus into the game looking for a team or a duo to get better and improve i really want to hit diamond as a team leave ur ign or any info on anything you like to tell me i have a vary open schedule and can play 10+ hr a day if needed i can play all day everyday so i need people who an put in the time like me and look past the loses and learn from them
