Dark Matter Gaming is looking for Senior Manager

The Organization is looking for someone to fill the role of a Senior Manger. We are looking for someone to take charge and be part of a growing community. Our goal is to have a place for committed and loyal players that are looking to be in a team and being able to feel like they are part of something bigger than their-selves. We have been in operation for little bit over 2 months and have over 11+ active Teams. More details will be provided during the interview.

• Must have prior experience in general management (i.e. coaching, restaurant management, store management, prior Organization, etc..)

• Daily Availability (Time will be discussed during interview)

As the Senior Manager of the Organization, you will be taking up the following responsibilities:

• Managing and Maintaining 11+ Teams and Staff members
• Recruiting and Interviewing players
• Maintaining and Updating Master Excel Sheet in google doc
• Manage, assign, and maintain roles and permissions in discord
• Enforcing the Rules and Regulations
• Administering disciplinary actions
• Conflict Resolution
