A -STABLE- SCHEDULE IS A MUST! **Coach can be any rank and any gender, just have availability during practice hours. ** MUST BE GOLD 1 & UNDER / FEMALE or A SERIOUS MTF TRANSGENDER, WE WILL HAVE AN INTERVIEW PROCESS. This is a low-elo team that is not super competitive. PLEASE HAVE AVAILABILITY ON WEEKENDS + TUES & THURS 6:00PM to 8:30PM PST. MOST OF OUR TOURNAMENTS ARE SCHEDULED DURING THOSE DAYS. We are looking for someone with maturity that can contribute to the team in a positive manner and able to take constructive criticism from our coach. We are not a super competitive team, but a team that strives to improve together and compete in online tournaments.
If you are someone that gets tilted very easily, cannot work or shotcall under pressure, and cannot convey your opinions/criticism in a manner that benefits the whole team, this is NOT the team for you. (:
