Creating ranked 5s team need Mid and Top. Plat+

So I am looking to create a team with 4 other people and have everyone get on pretty consistently. I want to be able to joke around and have fun, but at the same time when we are in game take it serious. It would be nice to come up with compositions and everything so that we can actually win and get better together. The hope is maybe we can win some online tournaments and stuff like that. I am looking for people that generally have the after school type schedule. I am on most days from 4:30-11 PM EST and more on the weekends. I am looking for people with a similar schedule. We do not have to play everyday, but at least a few times a week. I am trying to find people that are high gold and up because I want people at a similar MMR. I need top and mid. We can run games when we have enough people. Also, please have Curse Voice or TS. If you do not have it then simply download it because easiest way to voice comm. Also, it is fine if you use some niche champs, but I would like it if you are able to play a decent amount of meta champs.
