Plat 3 Support LF Serious team

Looking for a competitive team. I'm currently Plat 3 in Solo Queue. I mostly play Thresh, Nami, Lulu, Karma, and Janna. As far as availability: T/TH Anytime after 7pm EST, W/F Anytime after 12pm EST, S/SU Anytime pretty much unless certain circumstances. Mondays are the only day that I am unavailable.
