Looking for silver+ team

Hi guys me and a buddie elkela are looking for a team either by recruiting and forming our own or becoming a part of another. Background info on myself I am newer to LoL but have been playing mobas for years and even played dota 2 on semi pro level (equivalent of diamond). He has played league for over 2.5k games and knows the mechanics incredibly well. he is high silver about to be gold and I am sadly in shit tier bronze due to when I started the game I quit for a very long time and decay killed my rating. However I am climbing out of it quickly due to win streaks and know I am high silver gold material at the least. We are both flexible on lanes however normally I am mid and he is top.
