looking for silver/gold team

IGN: Shi No Yari I have been playing league for over 3 years and think the best way to improve is with a team. I am looking for a team that will stay together and work through the difficulties of losing early. I can play every role, with support/adc being my best followed by top/mid then jungle. Top champs for every role is: Support- Thresh, Janna, Annie Adc- Corki, Lucian, Ashe Mid- Ziggs, Syndra, Orianna Top- Renekton, Rumble, Gnar Jungle- Pantheon, Warwick I have a lot of the major voice chat programs and a working mic, I can be on most nights for 3-4 hours usually between 7-10 pm est i play more on weekends. If your team plays late at night it wont work out I usually leave work at around 6 am so i will not stay up late for games.
