Looking to coach a ranked 5's team any level welcome

I am looking to coach a ranked 5's team, any elo is welcome to inquire so long as the team has a desire to learn and communicate with each other. In addition the team must play on NA and be able to provide vods of past games to ensure an efficient coaching session.
