[Very Serius] Diamond+ Ranked Team Recruiting Support & Mid + Coaches and Analysts

Hello, I'm SP Geno, the manager of a diamond+ ranked team currently looking to fill the Support and Mid roles. The team is very serious, and players should be able to take and give constructive criticism. All players must be able to listen to coaches and then improve based upon what they say. The following requirements must all be met in order to be considered.

• Maintain a rank of at least Diamond 4
• Play 8 games of solo or dynamic Que a week on your main account. Games played during practice do not count.
• Have a working microphone and headset, and also be able to download teamspeak or discord.
• Consistently make practices, or give a warning at least 24 hours in advance.
• Own a majority of the champions on your main account.
• Applicants must be at least 17, and it is preferable that they be older.

The team will practice 4-6 days a week based on everybody's schedules for that week. People who cannot match this level of dedication should not apply, as it will only be a waste of time. Players should expect a 2-3 hour practice block, although it can be shorter or longer based on game times. The requirements for each role are as follows.

Mid Lane

Mid laners should be proficient on the majority of the meta champions, while also having pocket picks and being able to play most champions. They should have experience with most viable summoner spell options, be it Teleport, Ignite, Ghost, Heal and Barrier. Mid lane does not need to worry about shot calling, and any applicant must be able to follow shot calls immediately. Mid laners should be able to hold their lane without jungle pressure, but also be able to carry should jungle pressure be given in that particular game or series. It is also mandatory that all mid lane applicants be able to play with both high and low resources, based on the team composition and overall performances.

Support

Supports should have a lot of experience in vision control, as well as rotations. It is expected that supports find a suitable mixture of laning and roaming, creating much more pressure in the mid lane and enemy jungles. Supports should be able to shot call macro objectives, and need to have good game knowledge, as well as good mechanics. Supports need to be able to adapt to the meta and play whatever champion is needed. They should have a pool of at least 5 supports at a given time.
