Looking for 5's Team and 3's Team

I just started playing LoL this season and im Silver 3 Solo Q. I want to get into Team Ranked games but having a hard time finding a team. Im willing to practice "ALOT!". Im a good listener and a very quick learner. I research alot about gameplay and mechanics and my skill level i believe is rising pretty quickly. I still have not found a main role (top,mid,ADC,supp or jung) im pretty decent at all of them so if anyone is interested in taking in me as a team member im more then willing to learn and put in the time to learn and get better.
