Season 5 Diamond 4 support LF adc duo with similar exp

Ever since placements I've found it beyond impossible to climb solo it is the most frustrating thing and I'm just looking for someone that has the same experience a adc that is very well csing/mechanically for I like to make plays and I'm a very aggresive support.
