Ranked curse: Stuck in Silver

So i started playing this game around the beginning of S6 and only played aram. Started playing ranked right before season ended and got placed Silver 4. Now this season i keep getting a win streak for about a day or two's worth and the moment I get close to gold, Im shot all the way back down to Silver 4. It feels like I'm playing well, and usually so is the rest of my team but no matter what we end up losing. I'm talking all lanes winning, winning team fights, taking objectives and then someone over extends solo into enemy jng with no vision to any of them and tries to fight. and then another person runs in and they die, and another one and another one. then everyone is fighting eahc other in chat.

I'm so tired of this same pattern and I really dont know how to get out of it other than queing with a person who can communicate with me and we can play well together.

Hoping someone else understand and wants to find a duo partner to climb with as well.

I main support, but frequent Mid and sometimes adc if needed.
