Optimal Esports Nova is looking for a coach

We are searching for a committed coach that would like to dedicate their time towards a serious G/P team. Our team, is a part of the OE gaming organization, and participates in CompeteLeague. We are very committed towards becoming better as individual players, and taking part in the competitive side of LoL as a team.

Here are some quick pre-requisites: Preferably D5+, however if you feel you have the experience necessary for a high level team, we will accept P5+ Can show up on time for our practice schedule which is as follows- 9:25 PM EST on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. 8 PM EST on Tuesday. On average we play 3-4 games, however Tuesday nights can run much longer. SOME previous experience with competitive Pick/Ban. SOME experience with 1 on 1 coaching sessions. Ability to work with twitch.tv / plays.tv / recorded games Ability to work with people in general

Notice : This is a non-paying position. We value the experience passed down from coaches greatly, and just as we gain knowledge and skill through our interaction, so will those that volunteer to become a member of the team.
