Plat ADC looking for high gold/Plat team

I had started playing a lot more due to quitting one of my two jobs and now I am available everyday starting 9:30pm Est until what ever time. I plan on hitting plat 3 in 2 weeks. My weekends are flexible since I get my schedule from work two weeks in advance so I can make adjustments for tournaments.

My best champ would be Varus, Ashe, Trist, and twitch. I am also currently improving on other champs for every other incoming meta and I would say I am fairly adaptable.

I believe my current ranking in solo q does not mirror my actually ability and I feel like I am a mid to high plat ADC, looking to hit diamond as well and I believe joining a team will allow me to do so.
