Gold Ranked 5's team looking for Top, Jg, Adc

A friend of mine and I want to become better players and we both know ranked 5's are a better environment to learn in than solo queue. We are looking for preferably gold players (Top, Jungle, Adc) who are willing to learn and play as a team. Although we want to be serious, none of us will be able to keep super consistent schedules because of school, so we mainly aim to play on weekends, otherwise the practice times are negotiable. The criteria isn't strict, just people who are serious about practicing and becoming better. Please respond with the following:

IGN: Kemando Rank: Gold V (96LP) Lane: Top Lane Main Champs: Wukong, Shyvana, Riven, Gnar Strengths: Split Pushing, dueling, common sense, awesome. Weaknesses: Get sort of frustrated when people do things that are obviously a bad idea.
