Diamond 4 Jung/ADC LF flex que team

I am a diamond 4 and climbing jungle main, adc sub LF a ranked flex team mostly, and a duo secondly. I am very selective about duos however. I would list my champions I play, but I have linked my op.gg so there is really no point. I can play more than what I've played thus far this season, but have just picked preferred champions.
