My objective is to get the team to Gold+ by end of this season, then Plat+ in pre-season and end of next season end Diamond or Master. If you aren't going to be dedicated and willing to grind and practice as a team then do not apply. There will be a set schedule of 5-7 days a week of practice. Most likely From 3PM EST- 7:00PM EST (negotiable) weekdays and tourney's and scrims on weekends.
