I have one of the best Evelynn's in our elo with about 70% winrate in solo queue in almost 70 games
Proficient mastery 5's are Eve, Reksai, Naut(more of a support pick but can jungle) Proficient mastery 4's are shen(rare but I jungle it sometimes), Jarvan, Nocturne, Sejuani, Diana, Rammus, Malphite, Pantheon Proficient Mastery 3's Ammu, wukong, mundo, fizz, hecarim
Other champs I feel very comfortable with that I have low mastery on is Vi, Udyr, Warwick, Ekko, gragas, khazix, shyvana, skarner, zac, irelia
Champions I avoid playing at all costs: nidalee, elise, yi, rengar, lee sin, xin zhao, jax,
I have decent shot calling and a crazy large champion pool.
Edit: I play zyra whenever I don't get jungle, thought I would explain why I have so many zyra games
