Would like to create a team that sticks not just a one nighter

I have been playing league since season 1, and since then i have floated around filling all spots on the map. seasons 2, 3 was a support main. season 4 mid. and seasons 5,6 have been primarily jungle. last season i logged over 1000 ranked shaco games and currently have the top 11 most shaco games in north america. i would like to take what i know about league and use my competitive nature to use. I'm currently looking to pick up players that can adapt to the type of team i would like to create. ive been on other teams for the last 2 seasons and nothing sticks as of yet. so i would like to make a team that wants to practice and play nightly. this includes more then 4 other members. i would like to get a team that is interchangeable where there is back ups to each spot in cases where certain teammates can fill in spots they main when others of offline. right now a good solid goal in working toward is 10 players me included. I would like players that play every night for the most part. I'm currently silver 4 and will accept players from silver to gold range. I would like to also be the shot caller on the team and the jungle, if u have a hard time taking orders from a silver 4 player then u prob wont wanna join this team. I have been on other teams and would like a chance to run my own team. If u are interested to apply for a spot on my team here are some questions for u.
