idk what it is but people in bronze just troll and want you to stay in bronze.. last 3 games i have gotten trolls that just feed. please add me and lets get out of this elo hell

You'll just fall back to Bronze.
I've been in bronze for two seasons now. This season I actually have not seen any trolls so far in 100 games. I have seen bad players and players who say their WiFi is acting up. But I wouldn't say any were purposely trolling, they were just not good players scattered around bronze.
The best way to move up is to find a good player who is great at assassinating, me I'm great at pushing. So our strat, is he assassinates all over the map causing confusion and I push lanes. Avoid the team death matches as much as possible. Don't over stay and if enemy shows up move to a different lane. He doesn't have to ace the team just kill one person. Giving us a short lived 5v4 so I can push freely.
If they are all mid 4v4 I can push for free, if 1 peels off to get me. Well power play mid 4v3 gg, when its 5v5 push carefully, don't get caught out. Wait for the 5v4 and push like mad, you'll win most games this way.
I try my pushing strat solo, its 60/40 win usually, duo 85% win rate. Watch your mini map, pick a pushing champ, ward, avoid team death matches or the mid lane tower siege where you all stand there poking and nothing is accomplished. I've had my team behind by 20 kills and still pulled off wins because of constant pushing. Your KDA will suck but you'll win more.
