Looking for Duo Partner (Previously Plat+)

I am currently in Silver 3, last season I made it to gold 2 80LP and quit before mid season. I started playing Mid-April and my mechanics are starting to come in flow again and I am lacking the current game knowledge to get me out of silver. In this, ELO I can play any position to profiency, just need that extra boost in decision making to exasperate the enemy team and come out with the victory.

All in all I am looking for a duo buddy that will be able to quicken the process and set me on the right path to potentially hitting plat this season.
