Gold V looking for 1 or 2 more Gold players to break mild Solo Q tilt. (Voice communication is key!)

The title covers most of it. Got to Golf IV, but that was before the losses came. Dropped to Gold V, won a game or two, but now the losses are hitting. I'm really looking for a duo or trio with some voice communications to avoid the whole flaming>tilt factor and make solid plays whether ahead of behind.
