Support Main LF Silver-ish Team

Hi, I'm SickdudePW, and I'm a support main. I'm looking for a ranked team that's already fairly established that's looking for a support around silver elo. I don't actually play solo queue ranked because I believe that it is too toxic and not fun, but I love playing with organized teams and 5-man parties, so I'm deciding to look for a team to join. Champion Pool: Thresh* Leona Braum Soraka Janna (Note: I'm in Central Time Zone US) Unless I'm on a passive, peeling support like Janna or Soraka, I like to play extremely aggressively in lane. I will try to establish a decent CS lead and attempt to get a 2 or 3 kill lead for my adc before level 6, at which point I will put deep vision in their nearest jungle, and roam around the map to snowball the other lanes, as long as my adc is not in danger. My biggest weakness is probably playing from behind in the mid game, but if we can make it to the late game I believe that I have decent enough macro game knowledge to be able to recover.
