Silver Player looking for a duo partner, possibly start a ranked team

Hi everyone I'm looking for a ranked que partner I'm currently silver 4 and am trying to get to gold at least, by the end of the season. I prefer to play bot lane but also understand all the other roles. Also if anyone is interested in making a ranked team that would be cool as well.
